Ingredients

  • 2-3 Yakult bottles
  • 1/2 avocado (quartered)
  • Handful of ice cubes

How to make it

Step1
First, prepare your avocado by cutting it in half and reserving one half for later.
Step2
In a blender, add half the avocado, 2 Yakult bottles, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add an additional Yakult bottle.
Step3
Fill a tall glass with the smoothie.

Enjoy!
