- 2-3 Yakult bottles
- 1/2 avocado (quartered)
- Handful of ice cubes
How to make it
- Step1
- First, prepare your avocado by cutting it in half and reserving one half for later.
- Step2
- In a blender, add half the avocado, 2 Yakult bottles, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add an additional Yakult bottle.
- Step3
- Fill a tall glass with the smoothie.
