Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp Yakult (about ⅓ of a bottle)
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 5 oz milk
- 1 tbsp collagen powder
- 2 tsp hojicha powder
- 1.5 oz hot water
- ½ tbsp agave
How to make it
- Step1
- Make Yakult cream by frothing together Yakult with heavy whipping cream, and set aside.
- Step2
- Froth or whisk together hojicha powder, hot water, and agave.
- Step3
- In a serving glass, froth or stir collagen powder into milk.
- Step4
- Add ice.
- Step5
- Layer the hojicha and Yakult cream.
